River Murray Training has a range of Irrigation qualifications on scope, designed to equip you with the skills you need to operate effectively whether it’s operation, installation or advanced design or irrigation systems. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the entry slick requirement for trainers and assessors in nationally accredited qualifications and courses. This training course provides the skills and knowledge required to plan and organism the assessment process, including recognition of earlier learning in a competency based assessment system Participants will also gain skills related to developing assessment tools. There are no explicit entry requirements, but the Standards for rhos require that people delivering and assessing training have vocational competence at minimum to the slick of the unit being delivered, and current industry skills directly pertinent to the training being provided. Assessment will be completed both at the workshop and in the workplace. This Skill Set consists of four (4) Nationally Accredited units of competency that confront the requirements of workplace trainers assessors responsible for in house task competency assessments: 2 days facetoface learning and possible assessment activities Trainer units. 3 days facetoface learning and possible assessment activities Assessor units. Assessments will be completed both at the workshop and in the workplace. The Enterprise Trainer Presenting Ability Set offers specialist ability development needed to design training in the workplace, and deliver to small groups or one on one. Our assessor will review your progress and total your assessment within three weeks. The Enterprise Trainer Mentoring Ability Set meets industry requirements for enterprise trainers. This Unit of Competency aims to develop the skills and knowledge needed to recognize the core language, literacy and numeracy (LAN) demands of training and assessment, and to tailor training and assessment to suit individual skill levels, including accessing pertinent encourage resources. Evaluate effectiveness of learning promote and assessment strategies in addressing LAN requirements. An assessment tool is worn to guide the collection of quality evidence in the assessment process. This course typically applies to those with a practicing knowledge of training and assessment, and experience in assessment strategies and processes.
